I ordered two of these candle holders (the singles) to be used together. I was pleased with one of them - nice color, in good condition, size as stated - but was disappointed in the second one. The second one is a very different size and color. I understand color variations but not size. It is a full 1/2 inch smaller than is stated on the website and certainly much smaller than the first one. It is also noticeably chipped. I will be contacting the seller and hoping to get a replacement. One more thing - as others have stated with these salt candle holders, do not expect the effect to be as intense as in the picture, which has obviously been enhanced. But the effect, when lit, is still lovely.
UPDATE: The seller sent a replacement right away, which I appreciated. However, the replacement was worse than the original. It was chipped worse than the first one and the hole was not in the center. Also, there is hardly any color in it (one side is almost completely white) and there are a number of black spots on it. Oh well. I think these candle holders can be nice if you buy one and get lucky. I suggest that, if you want to use more than one at a time, you place them apart from each other so that the differences in size and color are not as noticeable. I will be keeping the original two and returning the replacement. I'll keep them a few feet apart on my desk. I still love the one that is made well - it's very pretty.

I opened the package to gift wrapping as a present and what a I saw was so upsetting: the candle holder was broken by half. the packaging was so poor and it barely had anything to protected the candle holder. now i don't know what to do with it. it was suppose to be a gift and i ended up with one less present this Xmas. it was so embarrassing.
Besides the color was soooooo different almost white.
UPDATED REVIEW: so amazon was kind to sent me another one a few days later. to replace the broken candle holder, the next day i got the package and IT WAS BROKEN by half AGAIN! Poor Packaing again and they didn't even used more bubble wrapping plastic or it didn't say "fragil" on the box. UGH!
I'm glad I got my moneyback but it is sad not to get the item that you wanted, at least for the holidays.
Not worth the wait and the money.

This candle holder produces a beautiful translucent glow with a tealight in it. I love the look of it lit or unlit. Keep in mind that the shape isn't perfectly square, and there are dents and cracks, but that adds to the beauty. Another very important thing: The color in the picture here is misleading... it isn't even close to being orange.. it's more a translucent off-white color with very light hints of pink.
